Mary Magdalene, I’m so happy to meet you. I’ve come a long way from the future to tell you; take heart! The rumors and manipulations of your identity and past may continue far into history, but the implications of your mentioned presence in the Gospel ministry of Jesus will immerge with inspiration and encouragement for women. I didn’t come though in order to return with the exclusive story to satisfy inquiring minds.
I’m just here to listen as a friend. Go ahead, vent and grieve; it’s all off the record. Laugh, cry, rage, remember. And breathe. I have plenty of time to listen. I’ll prepare the meal. For now, we’ll just sit.

We sit together, sometimes in silence, sometimes sharing a story. We cook together (A good thing, given my rusty open fire cooking skills.) And dine with wine; and sense His presence among us two. I share my chocolate and depart.
